From the Login page, Customers can access the Public Knowledge Base without logging into the support system. Articles available within this screen have a defined visibility set to Everyone.
The Public Knowledge Base hyperlink is displayed on the Login page of the support system, if the functionality is enabled by the Administrator in the application’s Setup.
To Search for an Article:
Enter a term into
the Search box
(See: Full Text Search.)
Click
A list of search results is displayed.
Select the Article
Title to view the Article content
Rate the Article, if relevant
Click Done to return to the search results list.
