Novell Business Continuity Clustering 1.2.2 supports using Identity Manager 3.6.1 (32-bit and 64-bit) on Novell Open Enterprise Server (OES) 2 SP3. You can upgrade from Identity Manager 3.6 (which is 32-bit only) to Identity Manager 3.6.1 on 32-bit or 64-bit platforms.
