DESCRIPTION: This form is a simple means of attaching and describing a document which must be reviewed. The beauty of this addition to the Teaming Library is the workflow that goes with this form. This workflow allows simultaneous review of the document using advanced workflow features such as Parallel Workflow Threads and Workflow Variables.
