INTRODUCTION: The Job Post is intended to carry information regarding open positions in a team, project, group, or organization. Use the workflow to allow reviews and approvals on the information provided and to automate the process behind publishing these posts to the public.

DESCRIPTION: The form contains a number of description areas for providing information about the position you are trying to fill. Configure a folder with this form and you can be confident to always be provided with information like: Job Title, Description, Required Skills, Salary, and Job Contact information.
The accompanying workflow is very simple. It routes the job post to a state for review by HR. That review is given the option to request more information and corrections or to approve and publish. The Workflow is not, but can quickly be customized to move the entry to HR and to a public area when transitioned.
