Libraries_for_C_(LibC)

Libraries for C (LibC) - formerly Novell Kernel Services (NKS) - consists of a new library and interfaces for implementing multithreaded, multiprocessor-aware applications, and other programs for NetWare. These libraries include a new standard C library (LIBC.NLM), which includes standard C interfaces as well as NKS and new Unicode interfaces (UniLib).

In general, LibC is multiprocessor (MP) enabled and CLib is MP safe. For a more complete description of multi-processing, see Multiprocessor Enabled/Safe in the documentation.

NetWare® evaluation software is available from the NetWare product site.
