Windows Error 3 Solution
If when trying to install an NDK component using the .EXE version of that component you get a Window 3 Error (see image below) you can follow the steps on this page to allow the install to complete.
Problem: JVM not properly configured in the system's path.
-Right-click on My Computer
-Click on Properties
-Click on the Advanced Tab
-Click on Environment Variables
-Under System and User Variables, select Path
-Click Edit
-Add an entry for your Java installation's bin directory (C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin in the image)
-Click OK to save the path setting
-Click OK to save the environment settings
