DESCRIPTION: A handy little tool to stay organized. This form is great for any city or business that plans and carries out many public or large group events. You can use this workflow to ensure that none of your events overlap.

TThe form asks for the location and event date and time. This particular workflow is designed for one or two reviews. If your organization requires more approvals, they can be created in the workflow by following some of our simple instructional articles.

At the end of this flow you will need to designate the calendar folder you wish to move all these approved entries to. It will be up to you to assign this destination. You can find this Move Entry element of the workflow by following the workflow tree. Workflow Process -> State - Add to Calendar -> On Entry -> Move Entry and then click Modify to select the calendar folder where these should end up. Make sure the destination calendar has access controls set that prohibit it from being edited publicly.
