Reinstalling ZENworks for Servers

You might need to reinstall Novell^® ZENworks^® for Servers (ZfS) 3 for one of the following reasons:

• Components failed to install.
• You have a 90-day evaluation version of the ZfS 3 license installed and need to update the license with the unlimited version.
• You have data corruption that can only be fixed through reinstalling, such as files deleted inadvertently.

IMPORTANT:  A reinstallation does not require the schema to be extended again.

For Management and Monitoring Services and Remote Management, there are no special reinstallation steps to follow. To reinstall Management and Monitoring Services components, see Installing and Setting Up Management and Monitoring Services .
