Platform & Operating System Products

Platform and Operating System Products include Open Enterprise Server (OES) and Open Workgroup Suite (NOWS) Small Business Edition.

We will provide a minimum of five years General Support for platform and operating system products, including revisions, starting with the date of a product's general availability. When General Support ends, we may offer Extended Support for an additional two years. The combined duration of General Support and Extended Support will be a minimum of seven years. Self-Support is offered for 10 years from the date of a product's general availability.
