The Self Help tab lets you have single-point access to the Knowledge Base and, if enabled, Forums. As a customer, you can subscribe to RSS feeds to automatically receive updates to Knowledge Base articles associated with types of items that you own.

Knowledge: Information related to the articles and FAQs is filtered based on the items that you own and is then displayed. For details, see Knowledge.
Forums: The Forums option allows customers and users of the support service to participate in an informal online discussion. For details, see Forums.
RSS Knowledge: Displays updates related to active requests if you have subscribed to RSS feeds. For details, see RSS Knowledge.
